History Teacher of the Year Awards

The HTASA and Educators SA are looking to recognise our state’s amazing History educators.

Do you know someone who has a passion for teaching History and mentoring others? Do they help students engage in curriculum in new and innovative ways?

It is time to acknowledge these legends!

In 2025, the History Teachers’ Association of South Australia is seeking nominations for:

the 2025 History Teacher of the Year Award

and

the 2025 Early Career History Teacher of the Year Award

Nominees may be employed in a primary or secondary school setting, in a Government, Independent or Catholic school in South Australia.
