Nominations for the 2023 History Teacher of the Year Awards Open

Do you know an excellent History teacher? An educator who goes above and beyond to engage and captivate students in the study of History? A colleague who collaborates, supports and inspires their peers?

It is time to acknowledge these legends!

In 2023, the History Teachers’ Association of South Australia is seeking nominations for:

• the South Australian History Teacher of the Year

and

• the  South Australian Early Career History Teacher of the Year

Nominees may be employed in a primary or secondary school setting, in a Government, Independent or Catholic school in South Australia.
